Category Gold

Guests who have stayed at ARDEN PALACE for 50 or more nights in the last calendar year receive a Golden Loyal Card with discounts:

20% for accommodation;
20% for medical services, regardless of the length of stay;
VIP service when registering at the reception, ordering at the lobby bar, providing the services of the Medical Center, cosmetology procedures of the SPA Center;
2 tickets as a gift to the Arden Wild Animal Park.

Category Silver

Guests who have stayed at ARDEN PALACE for 35 or more nights in the last calendar year receive a frequent customer Silver card with discounts:

15% for accommodation;
15% for medical services, regardless of the length of stay;
2 tickets as a gift to the Arden Wild Animal Park.

Guests who have stayed at ARDEN PALACE for 25 or more nights in the last calendar year receive a regular customer discount card with discounts:

10% for accommodation;
10% for medical services regardless of the length of stay.

The card is valid for 1 year from 06/25/2024 to 06/25/2025.

The loyalty program discount does not apply to special offers, promotions and package services.
Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.
Card services apply only to the card holder.
The guest (card holder) can use the benefits of the card only for the room in which he lives.
It is possible to use the advantages of the card only from the next check-in, after receiving the card.
