Kinesiotherapy
Kinesiotherapy - a method of treating problems of the musculoskeletal system.
This is a direction in medicine that helps the body recover with the help of physical exercises. It includes a system of exercises aimed at training the deep muscles of the back and joints that closely adhere to the bone-joint apparatus. This creates favorable conditions for the restoration of impaired functions of the spine, joints, cartilage and muscle tissue.
Kinesiotherapy is effective for osteochondrosis, intervertebral hernias, spondylosis, injuries and joint diseases (arthrosis, arthritis, damage to tendons, ligaments and menisci).
Helps with congenital and acquired postural disorders (scoliosis, kyphosis) and recovery after injuries or operations. The procedure takes place in an individual UGUL cabin, where the patient is suspended and performs various exercises. Pain syndrome and spasms are eliminated, blood flow is normalized, metabolic processes and saturation of tissues with nutrients are accelerated.
